To register and maintain an active account on h5v87, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
h5v87 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and Indonesian residency at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
h5v87 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21. If we have reasonable cause to believe that a player is underage, the account will be suspended pending KYC verification. Should underage use be confirmed, all funds on the account — including any winnings — will be returned to the source payment method and the account will be permanently closed.
Registration on h5v87 is free of charge. To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number). You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
One account per person. Each individual is permitted to register and operate exactly one h5v87 account. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or bank account details, h5v87 reserves the right to merge, restrict, or close those accounts and to void any associated wagers or bonus claims.
Account security. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your h5v87 username and password. h5v87 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as authorised by you. Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of a request will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold. Repeated non-compliance may lead to account suspension.

Minimum and maximum limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Processing times. Deposits are credited to the h5v87 wallet within minutes of bank or e-wallet confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully verified accounts on all supported payment channels, 24 hours a day including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
Matching requirement. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Withdrawals will be sent only to a payment account bearing the same name as your h5v87 account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
h5v87 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of h5v87. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own financial institution.
Dormant accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. h5v87 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 from the dormant account balance. Players are notified by email before any fee is applied and may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
h5v87 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major football tournaments including the AFC Cup and FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to depositing solely to claim a bonus then withdrawing, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematically hedging bonus bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome — will result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings. Repeated abuse may result in permanent account closure.
General. All bets placed on h5v87 are subject to the specific rules published for each product category — sportsbook, live casino, togel draws, sakong card games, slots, and e-sports. These rules are accessible from the relevant product pages and constitute part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and a general clause in these Terms, the product-specific rule prevails.
Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. h5v87 offers bandar bola (Asian football handicap) markets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) builders, over/under totals, and 1X2 markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and other competitions. Void and abandoned events. If a match or event is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. Multi-leg mix parlay accumulators containing a voided selection will have that selection removed and odds recalculated across the remaining legs.
Maximum winnings. h5v87 applies a maximum single-bet payout of Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah) per event, unless a higher player-specific limit has been approved in writing by the h5v87 risk management team. Winnings in excess of this cap are not payable.
Integrity. h5v87 participates in sports integrity monitoring. Bets placed on markets exhibiting suspicious activity — including matches subject to ongoing fix investigations — may be suspended, voided, or withheld pending investigation by the relevant sports governing body.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on h5v87. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, closure, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Aggregate cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h5v87's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to h5v87 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No consequential loss. h5v87 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if h5v87 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-party games. Casino and slot games on h5v87 are operated by independent software providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). h5v87 is not responsible for software errors, game malfunctions, or incorrect results arising from third-party game engines. Closure by h5v87. h5v87 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by h5v87 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. If no fraud, abuse, or breach is confirmed following investigation, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Dispute resolution procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before commencing any formal legal proceedings. h5v87's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, game results, and bonus eligibility is final, unless a clear and material error in the platform's operation can be demonstrated.
h5v87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal limits, bonus wagering structures, or eligibility criteria — h5v87 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven calendar days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of h5v87 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request before the effective date. Failure to close your account before the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
